With summer just around the corner, we’re buzzing over here because our brand-new summer menu is almost ready to launch—and trust me, it’s going to be amazing!
We’ve been cooking up some fresh, sunny flavours and can’t wait to share a few sneak peeks with you.
At the heart of Mexican dining is the joy of sharing, and our Mucho Pescado Platter is the perfect example. It’s stacked with delicious seafood like chipotle prawns, spiced squid, and battered fish, all pairing beautifully with our homemade chimichurri and lime mayo. It’s just begging to be shared—or hoarded, no judgment here.
And speaking of sharing (or not), our queso fundido is an absolute must-try. It’s rich, melty, gooey cheese with the perfect hint of spice, served with our signature totopos. Fair warning: it might send you into a cheese coma. A personal favourite is the spiced prawn and chorizo quesadilla as it’s drizzled with hot agave, our take on hot honey.
And we can’t have a new menu without some fun tacos! Low key in love with the crispy mushroom and cactus taco topped with cowboy candy (that’s sweet, chewy, candied jalapeños!) and our chipotle & lime prawn tostada with charred pineapple salsa, slaw, and romesco sauce. We’ve also got new margarita flavours coming your way, too! Think lychee & yuzu and spicy mango jalapeño.
Don’t know about you, but we cannot wait for those long, warm evenings with cold drinks and delicious food.
